Are you a vendor of geocaching supplies or swag? A supplier of geocoins or pathtags? Just make geo-stuff in your spare time and want to try selling it? We expect over 500 geocachers in attendance at GCinOHIO GeoFest That's a lot of potential buyers!

Applications are being accepted now for vendor space at our Second GCinOHIO GeoFest geocaching event.

The 2010 GCinOhio GeoFest II will be a tropical adventure to remember! Don't slip and miss this one! GeoFest I attendees, spread the word how much fun you had so our event can be bigger and better!

Registration Rules:
1. All attendees MUST register for planning purposes, either online or at the event.
Registration is FREE, but when you PRE-register, you will get a Limited Edition 2010 GCinOHIO GeoFest II coin, path tag, t-shirt, lei nametag for $35.00.

2. Pre-registration packs, camping fees, additional t-shirts and BBQ dinners must be paid for in advance.

3. All payments must be made within 24 hours of registering, either through PayPal or by mail.

GeoFest Important Information
Paradise Arrival & Departure:
Our tropical adventure begins on Friday at 5 PM. Checkout time is no later than noon on Sunday. Check in at the main island for your pre-registration goodie bag (t-shirt, path tag, event coin and more goodies). For “beach camping” we will give you directions when you pick up your lei

Donation & Silent Auction Details:
A silent auction will be held on Friday evening and all day Saturday.
GCinOhio is looking for silent auction donations: cache containers, geocoins, pathtags or any caching related items. Thank you in advance for your support!

We are looking for Tropical Vendor’s & Sponsors
At our GCinOhio GeoFest there isn’t any fee to set up and sell at your island location. We only require a donation of merchandise for the silent auction or our hourly raffles. If you plan on setting up, please send us an email with information about what you will be selling and the space you will need. Send your email to http://www.gcinohio@yahoo.com

Welcoming Committee
You can find our special volunteers by their colorful flower leis. We expect your full cooperation if you don’t want sent to a remote island!

Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your reservation within 48 hours otherwise payment is non-refundable. This includes all payments for merchandise, event reservations and camping. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another attendee.

“Beach” Camping Policies
GCinOhio GeoFest is not responsible for damage or loss due to misuse or incorrect power hookups. There is a limit of 6 persons camping in a reserved area and all tents, trailers, etc must fit on the site. Sharing sites between parties is permitted within the 6 person per site limit.

Campfires
Campfires are permitted within your campsite. Campfires need to be contained (ABOVE GROUND FIRE RING ONLY/NO "CRATORS") and should not be put under or near flammable items like trees, posts, or power lines. Campsite fires should be "cooking fire" sized fires - bonfires are not allowed! We have been warned that the local sheriff will be patrolling the area and won't hesitate to issue tickets! Firewood may be purchased from us. DO NOT BRING FIREWOOD WITH YOU. This is an Emerald Ash Borer quarantine area and/or you may be coming from a quarantine area.

Need to Rinse the Sand off?
There is a small shower available along with plenty of restrooms. We recommend if you have a personal/portable shower to bring it with you.

It’s 5 o’clock somewhere?
Alcohol will be permitted in your personal campsite and designated areas only. Remember to conduct yourself in a responsible manner. We want to ensure the event remains family-friendly. Please be responsible and do not drive after drinking.

4-Legged Friends
Pets are most welcome. Please keep them on a leash when in the camp areas, etc. and please be sure to clean up after them. While pets are allowed, we cannot permit animals into the buildings.

Quiet Hours
A tiki hut and fire ring will be provided for late-night fellowshipping. We request that quiet hours be observed in the camping area from 10 PM -7 AM.

Tropical Storms
*Campers and attendees are responsible for any damage they or their guests inflict upon the property of the event venue.
*Illegal drugs, fireworks, firearms, slingshots, bows and arrows and other propellant devices are not permitted on the event grounds.
*Please make sure your area is clean and clear of trash. Use provided receptacles to deposit full trash bags
*Please also remember to CITO as you walk around the grounds.

Conduct Policy:
You agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and family-friendly manner at all times during the event. You agree to adhere to these policies. The event organizers may request that you leave if it is determined that your conduct is detrimental to others' enjoyment of the event. Under this condition, you agree that you will leave immediately and willfully if requested to do so. Failure to vacate the premises willfully upon request will result in the involvement of local law enforcement

GCinOHIO GeoFest II is full of caching opportunities for just about every kind of cache hunt. There are over 2000 caches in a 30 mile radius!

What is GCinOHIO GeoFest II?
GCinOHIO GeoFest II is an annual get-together for geocachers from all over the states. It is a relaxed, friendly, and free gathering. Typical activities at GCinOHIO GeoFest II will include meeting people, prize giveaways, geocoin sales and trading, travel bug swaps, and of course, caching like crazy.
